Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We offer the following shipping options: Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days. International Shipping: Delivery within 10-15 business days (varies by destination). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Locations
We ship within the United States and internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, shipping method, and unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, customs clearance). Luminous Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost: Contact us at info@luminousbeautybar.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for carrier errors.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase: Luminous Beauty is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an address error occurs, contact us immediately at info@luminousbeautybar.com. Additional fees may apply for reshipping.
