All purchases of hair extensions and related products are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped or delivered.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
After 24 hours, orders are considered final, and no cancellations or changes can be made.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email. Provide a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders
If we ship the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
